1. Click the Add To Cart button. 2. Click Continue Shopping to add more items OR 3. Click Checkout to enter your information and complete order process. 4. Enter your Billing Information. Bolded fields are required. Check the box if the Billing Address is the same as the Shipping Address. Click Continue. 5. Select your Payment Type: check, money order, credit card or PayPal. (Note: You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card) Click Continue. 6. Review your information. If you need to make changes, click your browsers Back button. If the information is correct, click Submit My Order! 7. If you selected to pay with a credit card or PayPal you will be taken to the PayPal website. 7a. To use your credit card, look for If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click here button under your order information OR 7b. If you want to use your existing PayPal account, enter your email under PayPal Login at the bottom of the page. If you selected to pay with a check or money order, please print out the confirmation page to mail along with your payment. All orders receive a confirmation email from PayPal and from this website using sales@redribbonstore.com of your product purchase. You will receive another email from us as notification when your order has shipped.

Please keep in mind that personal checks will be held until they clear. Must be denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank.
How long until I get my order?
Can I ship to a P.O. Box, PMB or APO? All orders shipped First Class Mail will be in a padded brown envelope. Those shipped via Priority Mail will be in a USPS Priority Mail envelope or box. The return address is from “American International”.
If, at any time within 30 days of receipt of
your order you decide that you don’t want any All we ask is that before you return an item is to please e-mail us at sales@redribbonstore.com, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue, question or problem. If you decide to return it anyway, please drop a note in the shipping envelope telling us why you were unhappy with the product. We strive to keep our customers happy.
Upon receipt of the unopened package we’ll
immediately provide a refund (less shipping and handling charges, if
applicable) to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the
purchase. If you paid with a check or money order, will refund your
order in the same manner.
