If, at any time within 30 days of receipt of your order you decide that you don’t want any item -- for any reason – you can return it for your money back as long as it is not damaged.

All we ask is that before you return an item is to please e-mail us at sales@redribbonstore.com, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue, question or problem. If you decide to return it anyway, please drop a note in the shipping envelope telling us why you were unhappy with the product. We strive to keep our customers happy.

Upon receipt of the unopened package we’ll immediately provide a refund (less shipping and handling charges, if applicable) to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
